Return & Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers, provided the purchases meet our Returns Policy. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return/exchange and send the items back by following the process below.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanging an item is free of charge, subject to stock availability and adherence to our policy.
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, your exchange order will be processed within 8-10 working days, and you will receive a confirmation.
  • Note: Exchanges are only allowed for size/design changes (not for alternative colors or styles). If you wish to change color/style, we recommend returning for a refund.
  • Only one exchange request per item is permitted.

Returns

  • Once received, the item will be inspected as per our Returns Policy.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Important Conditions:

  •  Items must be new, unused, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox (considered part of the product).
  • Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Clearance Sale Items:

  • No exchanges/returns/refunds are allowed on Clearance Sale items (as they are part of a limited flash deal).

Final Note:

ZeeRu Collection reserves the right to approve or deny any return/exchange request based on policy compliance.
